I went to this outlet for hair spa and haircut and I must say this was a total waste of money. I had shown the haircut I wanted but the end result was not satisfactory. Also, the staff was very unprofessional and on denying the service they wanted me to avail they literally said- "MAM ITNA PAISA LEKE KAHAN JAOGI". I ignored it the first time so he said that again in an interrogative tone. Highly unprofessional and mannerless. Do you hire people from roadside and train them but forget to teach about professionalism with customer?

I recent visit to Jawed Habib Salon was nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I could say it was merely a bad hair day, but it was more like a hair apocalypse. As if the haircut wasn't disastrous enough, the hairstylist seemed to have a vendetta against my hair colour preferences. Despite explicitly stating that I wanted subtle highlights, I ended up with streaks resembling zebra stripes. It was as if they used my head as a canvas for their failed experiments in hair coloring.. AND owner Riva was so arrogant. Very bad experience. Don't go there

This Review I have given soon after haircut n hair spa. "I visited for the first time, and it was a good experience. Received hair style from Chandan, and he is really good at his work". They hv asked me to do give feedback. They hav also recorded the feedback video. But since I have take hair Spa, my hair fall started. There was no hair fall, and now there is excessive hair fall. Now i am taking hair fall treatment. I don't know what chemical they have used but it did triggered excessive hair fall. I would suggest the customers please stay away from chemicals they are using. This was my 3rd experience with javed habib and it's worst now. It's like I bought hair fall for me from javed habib in Rs. 2000.
